Rudolph Malcolm Walker CBE is a Trinidadian-British actor, best known for his sitcom roles as Bill Reynolds in Love Thy Neighbour, Constable Frank Gladstone in The Thin Blue Line and since 2001, he has played Patrick Trueman in the BBC soap opera EastEnders.
